The brainchild of Watkins and the Entrex leadership team, the Top-line Income Generation Rights Certificates (TIGRcubs ) are a novel investment tool that provide regular income distributions to investors and features a 0 percent equity dilution benefit to issuers.
During a breakout session at the conference Watkins will discuss the proprietary TIGRcubs concept, educate Newbridge representatives about the benefits of this new securities structure and highlight the $1.2 billion in funds currently forming to invest in TIGRcub securities.
