Las Vegas' gourmet steakhouse - ENVY, in the Renaissance Las Vegas Hotel, is pleased to announce its featured Epicurean Adventure dinner for June, "Sonoma vs. Napa: Wine Country Challenge." Chef Stefan Kauth has created an innovative menu featuring fresh, seasonal California cuisine expertly paired with outstanding wines from both Sonoma and Napa Valley. The "challenge" lies in the palate's ability to taste the differences and similarities existing between the wines of these dueling regions, and ultimately gain firsthand knowledge of the distinctions between the two.
The carefully selected menu plays a pivotal role in bringing the wines to life. The exciting four-course menu offers an exploration of flavors, with a fine
