The Cedar Mill Group has become Epoch Homes' latest Recognized Independent Builder. The Cedar Mill Group has been consistently recognized by the New Hampshire Home Builders and Remodelers Association as a top quality award winning company. This year, at the annual Cornerstone Awards Banquet, Geoffrey Martin, President, took top honors as Remodeler of the Year. Epoch Homes took the Gold award in three categories, Best Design, New Construction, Single Family Detached $650K-$800K, Best Design, New Construction, Single Family Detached $350K-$400K, and Specialty Outbuilding- Commercial.
