Ms. Ates is highly skilled in customer service and is known for her ability to handle extensive portfolios consisting of hundreds of loans. Her responsibilities included servicing commercial mortgages and loans, making follow-up calls, checking modification loan documents, taxes and insurance issues, and addressing leasing concerns.
