Ernst & Young Organization to Sponsor Global Regulatory Panel Series on World Risk and Insurance News

Panels in London and New York will focus on regulatory issues and trends, and how they impact insurance companies.

(, the online video news and information network for the global insurance community, announced plans to work with the global Ernst & Young organization (EY) to develop a special series of panel discussions focusing on "Global Regulatory Issues for the Insurance Industry." The series will appear on beginning in September 2013.

The panel discussions will be held in London and New York and will feature prominent industry leaders, as well as representatives from government and regulatory bodies. Guests will debate important issues and trends and their impact on (re) insurance companies. Topics for discussion will include Solvency II, the UK's new Financial Conduct Authority, ComFrame, US Regulations, IFRS/FASB Accounting Rules, Developments in Asia and more. Segments will be hosted by Robert Stein, who was previously head of EY Global Actuarial sector and has over 40 years of experience in advising the insurance industry on financial operating challenges.
