Danny Eskanos joins Total Title Solutions as Corporate Counsel. Eskanos brings more than 30 years of professional real estate experience to the in-house counsel position. Eskanos is licensed to practice law in Florida and Colorado, and is a licensed real estate broker in Florida. In Colorado, he had been a licensed real estate broker, licensed real estate appraiser and commercial property manager before becoming a member of the Bar in 1999. Eskanos and his family relocated to Florida in 2006.
Jay Knight joins Total Title Solutions as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Knight recently returned to North America from a 3-year term as an English instructor for both children and business professionals in Hong Kong. Prior to that experience, the British Columbia native served as a talent agent and wine sales executive in Vancouver.
Dennis "Lee" Woolley Jr. joins Total Title Solutions as Short Sale Processor. Woolley has served as a real estate transaction processor in the West Central Florida market since 2002 and has been responsible for the full range of title services in that time. Woolley will be part of Total Title Solutions team dedicated to the specific requirements of short sale transactions.
