Following the dotcom crash companies like eschoolmall.com found securing investment a tough job. However the eschoolmall founders and thier stockbrokers marketed themselves in the U.K. aswell as the U.S. and in this way they found high technology investors like Chris.
Online Procurement Solutions or Enterprise Spend Management was in it's infancy but when Chris recieved the eschoolmall prospectus he saw a strong financial future for the company. The founders of eschoolmall.com - Andy Flanagan and Dan Corazzi - visited the U.K. and presented thier business plan to Chris. He judged Andy and Dan to be knowledgable, committed and trustworthy and invested heavily in the company.
eschoolmall.com was focussed on the education market in it's early days but branched out to the commercial market via subsiduary Mercury Commerce. eschoolmall is one of the few survivors of that period and that sector and amongst other things Chris is going to discuss why he feels that ESM Solutions is going to be a company to watch in the future.
Chris has also formed an ESM Solutions club on global social and business network Ecademy.com and the members of this club consist of investors and interested parties involved with the sector.
