/24-7PressRelease/ -- Today, award-winning Spanish property portal, Kyero.com launched a raft of new features enabling estate agents to reach more buyers in more languages, more easily and more quickly.
Voted Best Spanish Property Portal in 2007 and 2008 at the CNBC-sponsored European Property Awards, Kyero.com serves property buyers in 9 languages, including Russian, Danish, Dutch and Spanish.
Over 60% of visitors to Kyero.com perform searches and view properties using a non-English version of the portal. Estate agents advertise Spanish properties in each language by describing them fully or by using a check-box translation tool provided by Kyero.com.
However, half of the 100,000 Spanish properties featured on Kyero.com are updated automatically using data feeds from agents' own property management systems. Until now, these agents have been unable to access the automatic translation features of Kyero.com, relying instead on themselves providing full property descriptions in every language.
Now, using the new auto translation features launched by Kyero.com, they can describe properties in English using their own property management systems, and Kyero.com will automatically generate accurate translations in 9 languages. This means estate agents can advertise more effectively to more buyers in more languages, with less effort - and without paying a premium to do so.

In addition to launching new translation features, Kyero.com also provided estate agents with more flexible ways of managing properties. Agents can now import to Kyero.com using multiple property feeds and can manage additional properties directly through the Kyero.com control panel.
The Kyero.com control panel is now available in both Spanish and English and provides estate agents with improved tools to visualise and download detailed information about the effectiveness of their marketing campaign with Kyero.com.

Estate agents already advertising with Kyero.com have immediate access to these new features. Agents not advertising with the portal can register at introductory rates, starting from just 70, advertising 100 properties for three months.
