The Asset Hub solution is the only global SAP Endorsed Business Solution (EBS) to create, enrich, and sustain asset master data for capital-intensive industries. Asset Hub is used in Operational Readiness (accelerating time to full capacity for new capital projects) and Operational Effectiveness (reducing costs and operational risk with high-integrity asset master data for existing plants).
The Asset Hub solution has already been rolled out to nine mills, encompassing 750,000 maintainable tags and 350,000 material masters. Due to its demonstrated ability to improve asset data accessibility, UPM will be rolling out the solution to another 10 mills, over the next year.
The NRX Asset Hub Solution allows UPM to exchange Asset Master Data and documentation with paper mill OEMs and suppliers globally.
