/24-7PressRelease/ - May 28, 2006 - EuroRock2006 is heading for the states this summer with some of the best Rock music from Europe, including the UK, Russia and Switzerland.
The Kick-Off will be a full week at Zakks in Murfreesboro, North Carolina with some special guests and some surprises as well. The event will be Webcast live, so stay tuned!
Some of the bands scheduled to play are:
Feddy. With his former band Begemot, Feddy ruled the charts and festivals in his homeland of Russia with his own brand of Rock'N Rave. Now solo, Feddy has put together a new band and is ready to bring his fun music to an international audience.
Midterm Break. Three boys from Sunderland, UK playing some uptempo/happy Pop-Punk. Their quickly rising popularity has caught the ears of some major players in the music business as their fan base jumps by leaps and bounds.
State Of Pangea (SOP). Markus Forster of Zurich, Switzerland has headed up several bands from there and Germany. Most notably, his former band NoeA where he had written most of the songs he now performs with his new Alt-Rock band SOP. His lyrics are reflective of todays world and how strange it all is. SOP is a fresh sound with thought provoking lyrics.
