/24-7PressRelease/ -- Eurotech today launched Aurora Au-5600, the next-generation supercomputer for Green Petascale computing.
This announcement follows Intel's introduction of Intel Xeon 5600 series processor and makes Eurotech one of the first market leaders to release an HPC platform based on it. This achievement is the last success in a series of joint launches made available by a strong collaboration between the two companies.
Based on the latest Intel 32 nm processors processor and relying on the cutting-edge, liquid cooled Aurora design, the new Aurora Au-5600 brings the efficiency and power of the 32nm architecture to the HPC domain.
