Site visitors will be able to post questions regarding making flower arrangements, types of flowers, meanings of flowers, names of flowers, and more. The forum will also feature an expert botanist (beginning 15 September) to address questions from forum posters.
"Creating a flower discussion forum is a response to how people thirst for knowledge about flowers. People like to discuss everything from balsam Christmas wreaths to simple wedding bouquets. Now we make it easy to do it all in one place and in an interactive way," says Judith Babb, owner of ArtisticFlowerArrangements.com.
Babb is also the author of "Flower Arrangements Made Simple". She has over 15 years of experience in flower arranging and has made it her mission to teach others the art of flower arranging. Her experience is vast and includes wedding bouquets, wreaths, holiday arrangements, and everyday gift-giving flower arrangements. Seen as an expert in the field, she has chosen to team up with Dr. William J. Hess, a botanist and former biology instructor at several national universities. He also worked for the Morton Arboretum. Dr. Hess is knowledgeable in all areas of botany, and specializes in Native American plants.
