Borne out of BusinessLink, they specialise in organising a range of business events, from large conferences to dinners, workshops and seminars.
With BusinessLink being disbanded in 2011, it was felt that there was still a market available for the types of events they provided. evocos was previously used by Business Link Kent, so it was a quick and simple process to transfer the existing licenses over to Best Business Events.
Carole Black, Director of Best Business Events, explains why evocos was chosen as the event software supplier, "evocos is a very user friendly tool which can handle all aspects of event management from bookings and payments to pre and post event information. As well as being extremely feature rich, we also decided to use evocos event software because of the on-going support and product developments".
evocos event management software will be used by Best Business Events to manage over 100 events per annum, with over 3000 delegates using the system. In addition, evocos will be used to manage the Kent 2020 Conference which hosts 400 exhibitors and over 4000 attendees. Due to the sophisticated integration capabilities, evocos is being used to take delegate registrations directly on the Best Business Link website: http://www.bestbusinessevents.co.uk.
