The new operation is headed by Matthieu Hochart, an industry veteran with a track record at software companies such as Hyperion and Cartesis, where he was Global Sales & Marketing Director for more than 6 years. In addition, Hochart has gained a deep knowledge of the Spanish market by successfully launching and developing three high-tech operations in Spain.
In less than 5 months, Hochart built a team, localized Compensation Cockpit, Excentive's Total Compensation Management Software, in Spanish, developed more than ten local projects in salary review, bonus management and incentive compensation management, and secured a first reference in Spain, the Madrid-based Sanitas, the well-known Healthcare/Insurance company.
Hochart attributes this fast start to the high penetration of HR systems from Oracle, SAP and Meta4, and CRM systems from Siebel and Microsoft into the Spanish market, which strongly facilitates the deployment of Excentive's Total Compensation Management solution.
