/24-7PressRelease/ -- Jason Yun, head trainer and owner of Yun Fitness Bootcamp, announced today that he will be starting an express lunchtime fitness boot camp for hard working professionals. There will be 2 different camp times one starting at noon, and the other starting at 12:30. Both camps will be 25 minutes each and will be held on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. The express bootcamps will start on March 16, 2009.
Yun's fitness camp started up in July last year with just 2 different class times, but come March will have 7 different class times with two different locations.
"The bootcamp craze is really starting to catch on," Yun says, "There's corporate bootcamps around, but if you don't work for those companies your out of luck. My hope is to give anybody a chance to get a great workout in during their lunch break, and at the same time relieve stress and create a more productive and energentic person."
The express bootcamp will feature a 25 minute, super-intense, ultra-fat burning class. All classes start off with dynamic warm-up to get the blood flowing and pumping to the muscles that will be used for that day, and then into the main workout of the day. The main workout is different everyday ranging from circuits, intervals, stations, games, and using a huge variety of different equipment from kettlebells, bands, medicine balls, sandbags.
"I try and keep it interesting everyday. Because I know a lot of the people coming to my camps are just sick and bored to death with the gym routine. Same thing day in and day out. My boot camp you never know what to expect, except a great, fun workout."
