One of the biggest obstacles of widespread VoIP adoption is the inability of data packets to traverse firewalls and connect participants using different firewall products and configurations. Eyeball's Any-Firewall Server solves this issue for VoIP service providers by enabling 100% call completion across firewalls and proxies.

Eyeball Any-Firewall Server interoperates with SIP Proxies and soft-switches, and is designed to be a key component in next-generation communications services based on Internet Multimedia Subsystem (IMS). This server uses a modular and cluster-able design to support carrier-grade VoIP services.

Peer-to-Peer Scalability
Eyeball Any-Firewall Server combined with Eyeball Messenger SDK completes most calls using peer-to-peer media transport between endpoints with occasional fallback to a relay service when peer-to-peer transport is not possible. This has two key benefits: (1) Service growth to millions of users with minimal infrastructure and bandwidth cost, and (2) Guaranteed minimum end-to-end latency for voice and video calls, maximizing service quality and customer satisfaction.
