    ADELAIDE, SA, AUSTRALIA, July 27, 2010 /Stanford Who's Who/ -- Stanford Who's Who welcomes John E. Aubert to the ranks of leading professionals as a result of his magnificent work in the Manufacturing Industry. As Factory Manager for Visy Packaging Pty. Ltd. for the past 12 years, Mr. Aubert has consistently demonstrated the dedication and diligence necessary to be successful in the business world.

Visy began manufacturing corrugated cardboard boxes in Melbourne, Australia, in 1948 and has since grown into one of the world's leading privately owned packaging, paper and recycling companies. The success of the company depends on carefully balancing economic, environmental and social factors. Sustainability has always been a key factor in the operation of the business. The company now has business interests across the globe with 8000 employees and 160 businesses which range from recycling, paper mills, food can, beverage can, P.E.T plastic containers and liquid cartons to name a few.

Mr. Aubert got his start in the industry when he was discovered by a head hunter while in a previous business. He was recently promoted and relocated to Melbourne, Australia to take on the site management for Visy Liquid Carton systems where he has 200 plus employees, full P&L responsibility and business restructure accountability. Within the next five years, John envisions himself as being the General Manager for the Cartons business.

John sees his greatest business accomplishments to date as being his management capability improvements for the PET business, succession planning culminating in his replacement in South Australia from within the business and his successful implementation of the logistics mechanism for South Australia. He attributes his success to building great teams as well as being able to relate and communicate the vision to the team.

During his educational career, John earned a Master of Business Administration Degree from the Australian Institute of Management. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management and a member of the Advisory Council of Central TAFE. In the time away from his busy schedule, John participates in resistance training.
