/24-7PressRelease/ -- When industry veteran Eric Chen assumed the reins at Chinese stalwart Sunny Garden last year, he undertook a glut of improvements like expanding the sushi bar, selecting new artwork and remodeling the bathrooms. To step up the cuisine, he commingled the existing chefs with new talent from his successful Hanami chain, seeking to balance tradition with innovation.
In addition to d cor and cuisine, it seems Chen's fastidious quest for perfection also extends to the marketing department. After twenty years without an affiliated firm, Chen has selected CrowdConnect Group, also of Princeton, as the restaurant's agency of record.
