Faouri Trading Company Launches New Service Center
Faouri Trading Company, Jordan's exclusive dealer for Citroen, Isuzu, BP and Yamaha, part of Faouri Group, announced that it will soon launch its new after sales Citroen and Isuzu service center.

    /24-7PressRelease/ - December 13, 2007 - The center will be located within the industrial district of the Wadi Eseer area and is expected to be open for business by the summer of 2008.
With aims to offer Citroen and Isuzu car owners a multitude of luxurious services, the center will be amongst the first in the Kingdom to offer car replacement services to its clients. Through this service, the center will offer its clients a replacement for their vehicle in case of long maintenance periods. It will also offer clients an online booking service, thus relieving them of the need to visit the center or the need wait in line for their cars to be serviced. These services are only a few of the many covenant options this center will offer, as it also offers clients the opportunity to wait for their cars to be serviced in its luxurious waiting area. The area will incorporate an entertainment center, a kids zone, cafe's, boutiques, and a Faouri car showroom.
Commenting on the new launch, Board Chairman of Faouri Group, Mr. Fayez Faouri said, "We are launching this center as part of our long-term strategy for enhancing relationships with our clients."
He further added that through the center, the Faouri Group is working to enhance its customer loyalty and to ensure that its clients receive unprecedented quality services.
"Our experienced team of dedicated engineers and specialists will ensure that our clients will be well served in our new center. Our aim is to offer a service that fits the needs of our diversified client base. Through our kid zone, we will be catering to the needs of parents who cannot accommodate for their kids at home while their car is being serviced. We also will be providing a suitable environment for business professionals through our luxurious waiting area. We are confident that our new center will achieve its goals, and I personally am very excited about its upcoming launch" He said.
