Thereby, confirming the view of the union that bio-energy will play a real & growing role in the country’s future.
NFU announced that it would go on to work with the retailers and manufacturers for ensuring an amplified role for biofuels. The union also welcomed the measures designed for boosting the construction of carbon neutral homes and encouraging green investment, as they could spur biomass powered heat & power plants.
