The 2010 Smart Start Contest is open to legal residents of all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding Quebec and where prohibited by provincial laws and regulations) who are 21 years of age or older. There is a limit of one entry per person, and entries may only be submitted by the individual intending to take the classes from Fast Lane.
