/24-7PressRelease/ -- Final preparations are underway for the final act of the Franciscan Cre-Act School: The full-length play production of The Elves and the Shoemaker. The Franciscan Cre-Act School invites parents and children into a magical storybook world to be captivated by the talented students as they perform this truly heart-warming, full-length children's favorite.
The poor shoemaker and his wife cannot believe their luck when a beautiful princess visits and decides to buy the marvelous shoes that mysteriously appear on the workbench. Just who is stealing into the Shoemaker's workshop at night and creating this wonderful magic?
Experience the talent and creativity by the students aged four to twelve in their final performances before the curtain is lowered for the last time and the stage doors close forever. There will be two public performances that include an Evening Performance: Friday, April 23, 2010 at 7:00 pm and a Matinee Performance: Saturday, May 1, 2010 at 1:30 pm.

The performances will take place at Idaho State University Frazier Auditorium, Corner of Carter Street and South Fifth Avenue. Tickets will be available at the performance or can be purchased before hand at the school. Adult tickets are $7.00, Senior tickets are $5.00 and Children's tickets are $3.00.
The Franciscan Cre-Act School is the only creativity-based, continuously running, children's elementary educational program in the state of Idaho and will be closing their doors at the end of the 2009/2010 school year.
