Financial Recovery Coaching
This program is ideal for individuals seeking to get back on track financially. This 9-month minimum coaching program is targeted to individuals with unsecured debt who are in need of guidance and assistance in reestablishing themselves financially. The primary objective is to help these clients achieve financial stability and graduate to one of the PayAccel Programs.
Client Description - Inundated with unsecured debt, behind on payments or in collections.
Service Description - Client receives 9 Steps to Wealth System and 9 months of coaching that focuses on credit education, debt elimination, dealing with creditors and collectors and a detailed orientation of services that can assist them in honorably discharging their debt.
Credit Enhancement Coaching
This program is for individuals in need of credit improvement. This coaching program is on a month-to-month basis for as long as the client needs the service. In some cases, clients may be referred to companies specializing in Credit Restoration.
Client Description - Client has poor credit.
Service Description - Client receives 9 Steps to Wealth System, monthly coaching sessions focused on credit education and credit restoration. An in depth credit report analysis is provided and the client is coached through the steps needed to improve their credit.
PayAccel Basic (Home Ownership Preparedness)
This program is for non-homeowners with credit card, auto, finance company and other debts. PayAccel Basic is ideal for individuals seeking homeownership. This service is provided to those currently leasing a home with the option to buy. The primary objective of this service is to assist an individual in achieving homeownership through debt elimination and credit education. This is a 12-month program
Client Description - Non-Homeowner with unsecured debt and/or credit challenged.
Service Description - Client is provided a personal financial coach with emphasis on credit education and homeownership preparedness, a safe and secure TPA service that will automate payments, ensuring on time payments and accelerated debt pay down.
PayAccel Plus
This program is for homeowners with multiple creditors. PayAccel Plus clients typically save more than $100,000 in interest and pay off all of their debts including their mortgage in an average of 8-12 years, in some cases with a lower monthly payment than they are currently making. If during the analysis it is determined that restructuring their mortgage will improve their overall strategy, a refinance by a preferred lender is provided. It is common for a client in PayAccel Plus to get started with the program without refinancing and then refinance at a later date.

Service Description - Client receives 9 Steps to Wealth System, a personal financial coach for a full year, a comprehensive PayAccel Strategy, safe and secure TPA services that will automate payments ensuring on time payments and accelerated debt pay down, and a personal PayAccel specialist that will assist in implementing PayAccel Strategy. Coaching services are tailored to the client's current needs and circumstances.
PayAccel HELOC (Mortgage Eliminator)
This program is for homeowners with good credit. The only debt they have is a mortgage or they are able to consolidate all of their non-mortgage debt into a HELOC (Home Equity Line of Credit) leaving them with a mortgage and a HELOC. In some cases not all debt is consolidated into a HELOC. Client is taught the PayAccel HELOC system to aggressively pay down their mortgage. This system is also good for individuals wanting to invest in the near future.
Client Description - Homeowner's with good credit and enough equity to qualify for a HELOC. They are familiar with online banking and have Internet access.
Service Description - Client receives 9 Steps to Wealth System and a comprehensive coaching and tracking system. Their personal financial coach will work with them in setting up their HELOC system, provide them with mathematical calculations needed to implement it as well as follow up with them for a full year. The tracking system and support provided by the personal coach ensures optimal success of program.
PayAccel Premium
This program is for homeowners with multiple creditors. PayAccel Premium combines the convenience and strength of the PayAccel Plus Program and the power of the PayAccel HELOC System. Once the client has paid off all unsecured, non-mortgage debt, a HELOC is provided to enable the client to implement the PayAccel Mortgage Eliminator system. The combination of these two programs provides the fastest debt pay down and the largest interest savings program in the industry, in some cases with a lower payment than they are currently paying. A refinance is typically provided with this program but is not necessary for enrollment.

Once client has paid down all or nearly all non-mortgage debt a HELOC is provided to implement the PayAccel Mortgage Eliminator System.
Lease to Own Program
This program is for individuals seeking homeownership. They are currently unable to qualify for a mortgage due to poor credit or lack of credit. They are employed and able to make monthly payments. Many are renting, and have a little money saved up for a down payment. Once the customer is qualified for the Lease to Own Program an investor is found that will buy the home and then leases it to the client until the client's credit enables them to purchase it. This typically takes 12 months. While the client (optionee) is leasing the home from the investor they are on our PayAccel Basic Program, which is preparing them for homeownership. PayAccel Basic ensures on time creditor payments and on time lease payments.
Client Description - Renter seeking homeownership but unable to qualify due to poor credit.
Service Description - Client enrolls in the PayAccel Basic program and leases the home from an investor for at least 12 months and no longer than 36 months. Once the client qualifies for a mortgage they then purchase the home from the investor.
