The rigorous Type II audit, which included months of detailed testing of First To File's controls, was performed by Accell, P.A., a PCAOB-licensed firm that specializes in conducting SAS 70 audits. The auditor examined First To File's controls related to network connectivity, firewall configuration, computer operations, database access, data transmissions, backup, disaster recovery, fire suppression, physical security, and more. Following the audit, Accell issued a Service Auditors' Report with an unqualified opinion, demonstrating that First To File's policies, procedures, and infrastructure for data protection, security, and confidentiality met or exceeded the stringent SAS 70 criteria.
