Designed as an effortless way for real estate agents to introduce their clients to one of the hottest year-round vacation spots in the eastern New York - or the north east in general, the program adds an element of fun to the sales process by rewarding them whenever a referred client makes a purchase.
"Our goal is to give realtors an easy, effortless way to reach out to anyone in their existing client portfolio who they think might be a good fit with us," said Ken Bihl, Director of Residence Marketing and Sales for EllicottVillas, a fractional resort project managed by DCM Hospitality. "We're also helping to drive the sales process by providing ongoing support to realtors and clients once they register with our system."
With EllicottVillas Realtor Incentive Program, there are three ways realtors can be rewarded. After registering on the EllicottVillas website at http://www.ellicottvillas.com, the realtor is encouraged to introduce both clients and fellow realtors, who in turn register on the EllicottVillas site. This then paves the way to the three forms of compensation:
1. 4% Commission When Client Becomes an EllicottVillas Owner. If a realtor's client purchases a one-sixth fraction, the realtor receives a minimum $4,000 referral bonus on closing of fractions ranging in price from $99k to $139k (so in the case of a $99k fraction, the realtor receives slightly higher than a 4% commission).
2. $1,000 Commission When an Associate Realtor's Client Becomes an Owner. If you introduce another realtor to the program and their client purchases a fraction, the 'introducing' realtor receives a $1,000 bonus.
3. Getaway Bonuses. Lastly, registered realtors will receive a free two-night stay at EllicottVillas following their first client purchase and a one-week stay at a partner resort, located throughout the U.S., Canada and the Caribbean, after their third client purchase.
"The fun doesn't stop there," notes Bihl. "We're also making it easy for realtors to arrange same-day or overnight visits so they can experience the EllicotVillas carefree lifestyle firsthand, either alone, with other realtors or with clients."
Client support provided by EllicottVillas includes access to regular newsletters and updates, notices about special offers and incentives such as the 'Try Before You Buy' program; and, invitations to sales and owner appreciation events. Realtor support includes client follow-up, complete with a buyer information kit; realtor group FAM trips to Ellicottville; special mid-week deals; and, access to on-site or on-line realtor presentations. Special realtor events are also planned for January.
