"We are telling everyone the same thing," said Jeff Augason of Blue Chip Group, Inc. "We are limited to the stock we have on hand, and we have no control over our suppliers. We do not know when our suppliers will deliver again, and we do not know what the price will be."
Augason is asking his customers to be patient, and tries to explain that he and his company are not the cause of the shortage and rising prices of goods like wheat. He tells people to place an order online at http://BlueChipGroup.net and hope for the best.
"We ship what we have and we cannot back order the items we are out of because we have no idea when we will have them in stock again. If you do not get something that you have ordered, the only thing we can suggest is that you wait for a while and try again."
In an effort to help people get answers to their questions quickly and easily, and avoid the frustration of busy phone lines, the company has prepared "Quick Answers to Frequently Asked Questions," which is available on the web site.
For over 30 year customers traveled to the company offices at 432 West 3440 South in Salt Lake to make their purchases, or purchased through mail order from all across the U.S. and from around the world, according to Augason. Now Maceys grocery store sales have enabled the company to grow and add to their existing customer base.
