Taking place February 24-28, Catersource is one of the largest gatherings of caterers in the world.
The topic of the class will be the "Catering Trifecta." Discussion will focus on how to manage three unique catering operations: off-premise catering, operating the food and beverage at a golf course, and catering in and from a restaurant.
After 27 years of catering in Denver, the Lambatos family knows a thing or two about the industry. Jimmy is excited about the opportunity to share his knowledge and be able to do so with his son.
