Price, managing partner of Price Edwards & Company/TCN Worldwide of Oklahoma City, will serve as secretary and treasurer for the 2009-2010 TCN Worldwide Board of Directors. Mr. Price who was originally elected to the board in 2005 is serving his second consecutive term as secretary, first year as treasurer.

Price, Jr., a managing partner of Price Edwards & Company, is responsible for overall growth, profitability and direction of the Oklahoma-based commercial real estate services firm which employs approximately 250 people. Services offered by Price Edwards & Company include property management, leasing, brokerage, development, and construction of office buildings, shopping centers, apartment complexes, and industrial facilities.
