Brad McLeod knows firsthand about mental toughness after being kicked out of a top tier Spec Ops training unit. He failed out of BUD/S the first time after failing a math test (made it through Hell Week and Dive Pool Comp). He came back a year later and graduated and served as an operator on the Navy SEAL Teams.

Today he is one of the most sought after mental conditioning coaches in the world, having recently returned from Ireland, Southern California, Pennsylvania and parts unknown in north Florida. SEALgrinderPT audios and Ebooks have been downloaded from Brad's website, www.sealgrinderpt.com, in 20 different countries around the globe.

Michael, a compelling and credible instructor herself, decided to team up with Navy SEAL, McLeod after analyzing the various similarities between what makes a person succeed in overcoming bad habits and challenges in their life and the philosophy behind what drives and creates the warrior mentality of a Navy SEAL. "Combined, I believe we have created a really powerful program that can change lives," says Michael.

Michael will be drawing on her personal experience with alcohol and weight control. After struggling with dependency for two decades, it was a behavioral approach, along with some biochemistry, that helped Michael successfully face and conquer her issues with alcohol and substance abuse. Michael is one of a growing number of converts who believe the behavioral approach to treating alcohol and other forms of dependency is a real option for many people.

"Not all of us are out of control drinkers, binge eaters, or shopaholics," says Michael. "There has to be a middle ground between fitness guru and food-addict, or alcoholic and teetotaler - an option between abstinence and out-of-control. Often times, we just need a little help learning to enjoy our lives in moderation and to learn the mental skills to overcome stressful situations, challenges, cravings and negative patterns. Recognizing the need to escape and taking some simple, everyday steps can help someone turn from 'self-medicator' to someone who can enjoy responsible consumption with a balanced and fulfilling life."
