Recently, it has come to our attention that itâ s time for a face lift. Consequently, we've decided to set a number of goals in order to achieve better customer satisfaction, all the while providing an easier work place to maximize time and money.
Our first goal is to improve our website and make it not only user friendly but exciting and informative for the customer. We are anxiously anticipating the new features that will appear on the "new and improved" site; one of which is a function that allows the customers to view exactly what stage their car is in, the moment it moves into the shop.
The next goal is to go paperless. In doing so, we hope to reduce clutter and provide a much more productive and efficient work place for our employees as well as our customers. With our new computer software, we are determined to bring our use of paper down by 80%.
Along with these personal goals, we have set a goal for the collision industry as well: to increase the awareness of the auto body industry in today's youth, and to smoothly introduce them into the field when they graduate technical school. By setting this goal, we hope to bring better jobs, provide better services, and repair a damaged industry in South Florida.
