Selected by a committee of vacation rental industry leaders because of her expertise in vacation rental email programs, Garfold will present a session entitled "Email Best Practices that Drive New Revenue." Her talk will examine best practices of a successful email program and proven methods for creating emails, tracking, follow-ups and other techniques that drive new revenue. Unique to this session will be the use of an interactive Audience Response System for polling the audience about their use of email.
More than 300 attendees are expected at the seminar which is designed to provide education and networking opportunities to leaders in the vacation rental industry.
