They were one of the first title companies to take advantage of this latest technology last year and are now able to record electronically with 20 counties throughout the state.
The act of sending original documents via courier to have them recorded by the Clerk and sent back via mail used to take no less than a week. With the new eRecording process, it now takes less than an hour.
