Fossil Fuels... A real dinosaur. Long live the Soy Bean!
In a world of diminishing fossil-fuels, the little soy bean is starting to sling a huge wick against the fossil-fuel paraffin wax industry!

/24-7PressRelease/ - ZIONSVILLE, IN, October 29, 2006 - In a wave of popularity, the common soy bean is a giant- walking among destructive fossil fuels. The common soy bean, bio-degradable and already accepted as a reusable energy source, is quickly gaining acceptance and popularity among candle lovers everywhere! Zionsville Candle Company has partnered with hundreds of health-conscience-minded retailers to offer the most natural soy candle (paraffin alternative) on the market. Founder, Chris Anderson, remarks, "We're so(y) caught-up in this fast-paced market that we're burning the candle at all ends! Since founding Zionsville Candle Company in 2005, the Andersons have been very busy promoting their all-natural line of soy candles, robustly fragranced to offer the highest-quality, clean burning scented candles. Zionsville Candle is re-launching its website on November 1 to accommodate the vast demand from consumers as well as retailers looking for an easy solution for their customer's demand for healthy alternatives to paraffin. "We also offer rustic, contemporary, and even a custom pet line of soy candles for our clients," remarks Chris.

Since starting Zionsville Candle Company in early 2005, the Andersons have been overwhelmed with feedback from customers expressing concern over burning normal paraffin candles. "Customers tell us that they were having problems with their filters, problems painting over the soot-stained walls and ceilings common to burning candles all year," explains Chris. "I recently replaced the paraffin candles in a very famous art gallery. The owner couldn't handle burning paraffin candles any longer. You can research the benefits of soy versus paraffin on the internet and find out for yourself."

The information supporting the use of soy bean wax versus paraffin is vast. "Of course, you have to be careful about the source you're reading from," explains Chris. "Obviously, the company providing the information is motivated to promote their products. But my wife and I entered this market without bias. After owning a nation-wide fundraising company for almost 14 years, we were looking for a fundraising product. We didn't even know about soy until we started researching it. And you have to be careful- some soy companies are really 'hybrids,' still using a mix of paraffin in their candles."

After introducing their soy line, the Andersons have been busy adding other products including private and custom label candles, a contemporary line, and even a "pet line" featuring over 60 breeds of dogs, cats, birds, and fish.

"Candles are already an emotional product- stirring memories. Combining candles with other passionate markets such as the pet industry doubles the dosage, so to speak," remarks Chris

Zionsville Candle Company announced today that it will relaunch its new website November 1, 2006, to accomodate demand from its retail and wholesale markets.
