/24-7PressRelease/ -- On Friday, December 3rd, Colorado-based Internet marketing agency, Page 1 Solutions, held its Fourth Annual Casino Night. These annual events help raise money for two local non-profit organizations, the
Jeffco Action Center (JAC), which was created to provide basic human needs services for the residents in Jefferson County, and the
Second Wind Fund (SWF), which is dedicated to teen suicide prevention and education.
Guests included Page 1 employees, as well as many of their family members and friends, along with one of Page 1's local clients,
cosmetic dentist, Dr. Scott Greenhalgh. Also in attendance were employees from Page 1's sister companies,
Network Affiliates,
The Media Team and
Blue Onion.
"Our annual casino nights are always successful in bringing family and friends together to support two worthy causes. It is a wonderful opportunity to have fun with our coworkers and clients while raising much needed funds to help those in need in our community," said Page 1's CEO, Dan Goldstein. "These organizations provide vital services to our community and I look forward to continuing grow our relationship in the years to come."
Page 1 Solutions has been a supporter of the Jeffco Action Center and the Second Wind Fund for the last several years and 2010 has been a productive year for donations to these two organizations. For the JAC, Page 1's staff continually collects gently used clothing, household goods, personal care products, and food, including a canned food drive every November. This November, Page 1 staff members collected almost 1,000 pounds of non-perishable food donations for the JAC. Page 1's involvement with the SWF includes a corporate sponsorship and participation in their annual 5k race with a team of employees from Page 1. In addition, this October, Page 1 ran a contest through
Page 1's corporate Facebook page that raised over $700 for the organization.
