From the registered subscribers, Owners Perspective Magazine has divulged that it has seen a rise in interest for the lesser known fractional ownership product as a result of increased exposure in the magazine in recent months, and that 19% of its readership that are looking to buy a shared ownership product have now expressed an interest in purchasing fractional ownership sometime in the future, compared to just 1% who were interested in buying outright overseas property.

Paul Mattimoe, CEO of Perspective International says "The increase of nearly 11% over just a few months amongst our subscribers proves that it is only consumer education on the product that is lacking from the fractional ownership industry. Most new subscribers have never heard of fractionals, but after reading about our featured resorts and advertisers in the magazine and online at their leisure they appear to be choosing this product as a preference over traditional whole ownership / real estate, hence the significant drop in that area to just 1%."
