The event is part of a special evening planned to celebrate April National Poetry Month. Guests will also receive free pens. The library is located at 4735 SW 18th St, Hollywood, FL 33023. Anastasia Clark is the author of several books. Full-length titles include Grieving With Poetry, Bloodsongs - poetry about women's issues, Skeletons and Other Complaints- poetry about life's challenges and Vagabond Pond- poetry about feeling lost. She is also the author of the POETRY PETALS chapbook collection- themed booklets designed for gift and floral baskets. Titles include Friendship Poems, Healing Poems, Holiday Poems, Humorous Poems, Inspirational Poems, Kaleidoscope Poems, Nostalgic Poems and Romantic Poems.
Clark (Moore) grew up in Framingham, MA where she served as Poet-in-Residence to the Public Schools during 1977-78. She currently resides in Miramar, FL. She conducts various poetry readings and appearances at libraries, schools, book stores, galleries and other venues. Her full-length books may be borrowed through the Broward County Library System.
