LONDON, ENGLAND, February 20, 2011
/24-7PressRelease/ -- C H Seymour Limited, the electrical retailer in East Sussex, was placed into liquidation on 15 February 2011, having ceased trading on 28 January 2011.
Ian Vickers and Chris Stevens of FRP Advisory LLP , the specialist restructuring, recovery and insolvency firm with a location in Sussex, were appointed Joint Liquidators.
Ian commented: "Further to our instruction on 28 January 2011 and a review of the Company's finances, due to the extent of its liabilities, it was not feasible to attempt to rescue the Company and liquidation was regrettably the only option."
"Following our appointment as Joint Liquidators to C H Seymour Limited on 15 February 2011, we will now take steps to realise the assets of the Company for the benefit of its creditors."
