The announcement was made by Tony Magliano and Jeff Eberlein, managing partners at Strata-G, and Marc Fuson, principal at Fuson Design Group (FDG).

Strata-G's staff of 61 professionals specializes in strategic advertising and promotion, brand development, public relations, direct marketing, website development and interactive solutions for clients including Avery Dennison, TimberTech, Gold Star Chili and the Northern Kentucky Convention & Visitors Bureau. Since 2003, FDG has offered the full spectrum of creative design services, from traditional brand identity, collateral, advertising and direct mail to Flash, multimedia and web design for a diverse national clientele that includes Nickelodeon, Cincinnati Children's Hospital and Cincinnati Art Museum.

"Marc has built a strong portfolio of work with some prominent local and national brands that will add more depth and diversification to our client roster and even more strategic and creative firepower to our arsenal," said Tony Magliano. "Like Strata-G, Marc has established a great reputation not only locally, but in other strategic markets and verticals we have been focusing on for some time."

The combined company will operate under the Strata-G Communications name. Financial terms of the merger were not disclosed.

"Fuson Design Group has prided itself on delivering both creatively and strategically for our clients," said Marc Fuson. "This relationship with Strata-G gives our clients access to an experienced, talented group of marketers with expertise in media planning, public relations and other integrated disciplines. Now we can close the loop on all of our client programs, not only managing strategic vision and design, but handling all other integrated elements as well."
