With nearly 45 years of invaluable contributions to the legal sector, Mr. Callahan has achieved professional success as an attorney with the Arnold Law Firm, a California-based practice that provides quality legal services involving all facets of personal injury. For the past five years, Mr. Callahan has placed an emphasis on qui tam lawsuits. He ultimately chose to be a litigator because he considered litigation to be a solid primary education in law. He worked primarily in insurance defense in Sacramento before leaving a career in defense in 1979, and opening an office with another attorney. Since then, he has practiced personal injury tort and wrongful discharge for plaintiffs. Mr. Callahan also has experience dealing with medical malpractice.

Mr. Callahan earned a JD from the McGeorge School of Law from the University of the Pacific. Admitted to the State Bar of California, he remains current in his field through his association with the Sacramento County Bar Association, Consumer Attorneys of California, the ABA and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. In recognition of his many accomplishments, Mr. Callahan has recently been inducted into Worldwide Registry. Notably, he has held an AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating since 1984, and was named Trial Lawyer of the Year by the American Board of Trial Attorneys, Sacramento Valley Chapter, in 2005.
