Gene Faul Named a VIP Member of Worldwide Who's Who for Excellence in Hospitality Supply

    Sheffield, Massachusetts, December 18, 2012, Gene Faul, Chief Executive Officer of the Hospitality Division of Monarch Cypress, was recently named a VIP member of Worldwide Who's Who. This special distinction honors individuals who have shown exceptional commitment to achieving personal and professional success.

After gaining a skill set for leadership and discipline with the United States Army, Gene Faul assumed a position with Catalina Swimwear and sportswear before becoming president of Cole of California Swimwear in 1974. Proficient in executive management, he also held positions as president of Robes of California and chief executive officer for Cypress including Tommy Hilfiger Sleepwear. In 2010, with more than 50 years of management experience, Mr. Faul became the head of Monarch Cypress Hospitality Division etc. The company caters to an international client demographic and provides bathrobes, towels, and sheets to hotels and spas.

As chief executive officer for the company, Mr. Faul provides services to businesses in the luxury hospitality industry. An expert in creative marketing, he brainstorms ideas for expanding business, obtains new clientele, manages sales, and oversees all marketing objectives. He holds a Bachelor of Commercial Science from the University of Santa Clara and a certificate of completion in the management executive program at University of California, Los Angeles. The highlights of his career were starting his own company, Cypress, and working on licensed arrangements with Arthur Ashe, Evonne Goolagong, Bob Mackie, Hanae Mori, Ralph Lauren and Tommy Hilfiger. Recognized as a lifetime and VIP member with Worldwide Who's Who, he attributes his success to his innovative and creative marketing ideas and solid education.

Mr.Faul also owns a liquor store and wine distribution business in Massachusetts. The retail store, called Cellarbration, is located in the Big Y supermarket in Great Barrington, Mass. and is very unique. Selected Cellarbration wines are also distributed through Mr. Faul's wholesale company to various restaurants and retail stores in The Bay State and Mr. Faul is working on a national website which will offer wines to consumers in other states that permit it. The site will feature testimonials and picks by leading wine personalities.

Mr. Faul is a member of the New York Athletic Club. In his free time, he enjoys collecting Shaker furniture, visiting his home in The Adirondacks, kayaking, and playing with his Labrador Retriever.
