CARLE PLACE, NY, February 17, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- GeoData Plus, a well established appraiser data source for comparable sales, property information and statistics has just saved appraisers at least 50% of their time when writing up appraisals.

By teaming up with DataMaster USA (www.DataMasterUSA.com), appraisers using GeoData can now automatically export their appraisals directly into their appraisal reports regardless if it's WinTotal, ACI, Clickforms, or any other appraisal software.

"Previous to this, appraisers were printing out our reports and manually retyping data into their appraisal software," explains Erik Wind, Senior Analyst of GeoData Plus. "Savvier appraisers would copy and paste one field at a time. Either way the process is very time consuming. New York appraisers are smart people, with a tremendous responsibility of analyzing property values in a volatile market. This service lets them spend more time analyzing and less time typing."

Appraisers using GeoData and DataMaster log into GeoData, search for comparables as they always do, then press a button which merges the subject property information, comparable sales, and prior sales history directly into their appraisal report. The process is efficient, fast, and reduces the chance of data entry error.
