NEWTON, MA, August 1, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- George J. Cernigliaro, Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for MicroChem Corp., has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in chemical manufacturing.

With 36 years of professional industry experience, George Cernigliaro combines technical expertise in organic chemistry and deep knowledge of photolithographic materials and processes with proven leadership in results-oriented technical program and staff management. He brings this formidable combination to MicroChem Corp, a leading manufacturer of specialty chemicals. Dr. Cernigliaro, in the capacity of Vice President and CTO, is responsible for strategic materials and concept research, alignment of technology vision with business strategy, as well as identification and implementation of supplier and developmental partnerships with lead users and other technology leaders in related fields.
