WACO, TX October 01, 2008 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The future is clear for the Glass Doctor of Greater Cincinnati franchise, which opened for business despite being without power due to recent storms caused by Hurricane Ike.

"We're ready to offer the highest quality glass products with the best customer service possible to help the community recover from the storm," said Ron Hoctor of Glass Doctor of Cincinnati. "Whether it's a window or a windshield, a shower door or an entry door, a single pane or a storefront, customers can expect us to do it right or make it right."

Located at 4806 Interstate Drive in Cincinnati, Glass Doctor offers mobile residential, automotive, and commercial glass services to Butler, Clemont, Hamilton and Warren Counties in Ohio, Dearborn County in Indiana, and Boone, Campbell, and Kenton Counties in Kentucky. The showroom and windshield repair/replacement shop is open 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 8 a.m. - 2 p.m. Saturday.

"We're pleased to welcome Ron and Glass Doctor of Greater Cincinnati to the Glass Doctor team," said President Mark Dawson. "They did an excellent job in difficult circumstances during the storm to serve the Cincinnati area. We believe they will be successful because they will bring professional service and innovative products to their customers."

One innovative product is G12. With every OEM (original equipment manufactured) windshield installed, Glass Doctor of Greater Cincinnati will offer G12, a one-year guarantee on windshield replacement. If an OEM replacement windshield that a Glass Doctor franchise has installed is damaged or broken within 12 months of the replacement date, Glass Doctor will repair or replace the windshield glass only at no additional charge to the customer (some vehicle restrictions apply).

Because Glass Doctor of Greater Cincinnati specializes in mobile service, its custom-designed service vehicles carry complete glass inventory and supplies. The shop's skilled glass technicians can provide service almost anywhere, allowing most installations to be completed within 24 hours of the customer's service call.

The Glass Doctor of Greater Cincinnati offers emergency services for businesses seven days a week. Emergency services include immediately securing broken windows and doors with plywood, measuring openings for new glass, and rush ordering glass from preferred suppliers.

Whether the on-site call is an emergency or not, Glass Doctor service technicians treat their customers' homes and businesses with respect. For example, service technicians wipe their feet on special Glass Doctor mats before entering, wear shoe covers while inside the home or business, and remove glass and excess materials upon leaving.
