Holding an extensive background in human resources built up over 30 years of both work and study, Mr. Jacob joined Force in 2012 in his current position. He enjoys what he does and the results he achieves as the company's Human Resources leader.

Mr. Jacob has held roles of national leadership in several companies over the past decade as a Human Resources generalist, an Organizational Development specialist and as a Lean Manufacturing specialist. He earned a master's degree in human resources and industrial relations with distinction, earning a Dean's Award for academic excellence from the University of Western Sydney. This was in addition to an MBA from the University of New England, earned a few years earlier. He constantly works to get the most out of people, motivating and inspiring them to be their best.

Mr. Jacob is a member of the Australian Institute of Management and the Australian Human Resources Institute. Looking ahead, he aspires to continue to help companies and individuals to develop and achieve their potential. As a family man, he is devoted to his wife, children and grandchildren. In his spare time, he loves to kayak, play guitar and to catch up on reading or movies.
