Bulls was honored during a ceremony on July 22, 2008 at GDS's annual summit in Atlanta, Georgia.
The Trailblazer Award is given in recognition of an individual whose pioneering contributions have been outstanding and unique, and whose efforts have "blazed a trail" in the field of commercial real estate.
