/24-7PressRelease/ -- Several prominent GTECH G2 software licensees have been nominated for EGR Awards in recognition of their innovation and business success. The awards will be presented in London during EGR Live, a new event bringing the online gaming industry together for seminars, workshops, displays and networking.
GTECH G2, GTECH's new igaming division which combines the resources of Boss Media, Finsoft, St Minver and Dynamite Idea, is a sponsor of the annual gala event to be held at Old Billingsgate on 30th November.
Gaming Media Group, which operates Poker Heaven, is nominated for "Poker Operator of the Year". Poker Heaven runs on GTECH G2's poker software and is part of the International Poker Network (IPN), the largest independent European poker network. Gaming Media Group is also nominated in the "Rising Star" category.
BetClic, Bet365, and Bwin, all of which offer GTECH G2's innovative games, are nominated for the coveted "Operator of the Year" trophy.
BetClic Poker has been part of the International Poker Network for some time and BetClic is currently integrating GTECH G2's full casino suite, including download games, flash games and Games Room, all of which will be managed through the GTECH G2's GMS back end.
