Mrs. Jenkins has an impressive background in Christian education. It is her experience in creating preschool programs utilizing the A Beka Book program, a program that provides Christian schools with God-honoring, high-quality textbooks and teaching aids to help each school fulfill the goal of its ministry, that enhances the education provided by the First Missionary Baptist Church Child Care & Preschool.
Aside from her professional duties, Ms. Jenkins serves as the president of the Deaconess Ministry. She has an associate's degree in early childhood education from Polk Community College and is a member of the Association of Christian Schools International. Mrs. Jenkins has successfully completed all courses for the Child Development Associate (CDA) Equivalency and met all requirements for the Florida Child Care and Education Program Director Credential.
