Hair Club Employees Clean Up Boca Raton's South Inlet Park as Part of Company's Popular Pay It Forward (PIF) Program

    BOCA RATON, FL, July 12, 2017 /24-7PressRelease/ -- More than a third of Hair Club's corporate staff based in Boca Raton spent the day cleaning up several miles of one of their hometown beaches, South Inlet Park, on June 30th.
The enthusiastic group was participating in the company's growing Pay It Forward (PIF) program which was launched two years ago. Throughout the day, nearly 40 employees from Hair Club, North America's leading provider of proven hair loss solutions, logged close to 50 volunteer hours in support of the initiative.

The beach clean up event is just one of many initiatives of Hair Club's PIF program that encourages employees to get involved in the community through volunteering and other outreach efforts. Hair Club provides a paid day off from work so its employees can participate.

Since the launch of the program, employees have logged more than 1,000 hours serving the needs of members within their community. The company is currently finalizing plans to roll it out to all 117 locations continent-wide later this fall.

"We love our beaches here in South Florida," said Anne Springstead, Field Marketing Manager. "Working for a company like Hair Club that encourages us to give back to causes we care about is truly incredible."

Hair Club's next two PIF events will support AVDA (Aid to Victims of Domestic Abuse) and Kids in Distress.

"Not only is this personally rewarding, we get a chance to bond with our fellow employees in a non-work environment," said Monica Garboza, Human Resources Specialist. "We've all become closer since PIF has been in place, and that's a great thing."
