"When I heard of Claudia's situation - her life-threatening illness and daunting medical expenses, I wanted to do something to help her and her two daughters," says Michael Gaeta, Director of the Hands-On Health Wholistic Centers. "We hope to treat hundreds of people over this Mother's Day week, and will donate all the proceeds to this remarkable, positive and courageous lady."
Charity Week will be held Monday, May 12 through Saturday, May 17, 2008. Hands-On Health is located at 119-40 Metropolitan Avenue, Concourse 102 in Kew Gardens, Queens. Michael Gaeta holds New York licenses in acupuncture, nutrition and massage therapy. In 1990, he founded Hands-On Health Wholistic Health Centers, a group practice with three locations in New York. Mr. Gaeta is a past president of the Acupuncture Society of New York. He presents seminars nationally on clinical nutrition, medical ethics, herbal therapy, business success and Chinese medicine. He has appeared on the CBS Early Show, and writes for local and national publications.
