BUFFALO, NY, March 23, 2017 /24-7PressRelease/
-- For you if you'd like to invite more happiness into your life; or if you have physical or emotional aches and pains and are looking for another way to feel good again, away from pharmaceutical drugs, and for all of those who have always been curious what all that 'holistic stuff' is about...
The first annual Happiness for Your Health Spring Expo will be held Saturday, April 29th from 11am til 6pm in the Grange and Marketplace buildings at the Hamburg Fairgrounds; and can answer all your questions.
Meet a large sampling of western New York's holistic community including the Holistic Chamber of Commerce (Buffalo) President, Paula Damico, and Vice President, Suzanne Suchan.
Suzanne organized this event to help raise awareness of alternative options for healing. She overcame emotional and psychological trauma resulting from over 20 years of domestic violence; and today, as the 'Pied Piper of Positive,' teaches and privately coaches clients on an emotional and spiritual level.
"It's not that we don't want to feel anymore," Suzanne said. "Giving me [anti-anxiety] medication would have numbed me, but when the numbing wears off, I would have still been traumatized. I needed to be cured at my core - the root. Holistic means 'whole and connected,' you treat the entire package: mind, body and spirit; as opposed to just treating one resulting symptom. A holistic, natural approach is what turned my life around."
The expo will have several practitioners of various disciplines offering a variety of healing modalities. Attendees will be able to get a session of QiGong, Reiki, Massage, or receive a Spiritual Healing, get a biometric aura reading, visit with a psychic reader or medium, among other services being provided. Caren Kolerski will be hosting a Laughter Yoga workshop.
Businesses who offer outlets for active fun will be available including gyms, wellness centers, and even Stand Up Paddleboarding. You can learn about meditation, Tai Chi, yoga classes or talk with a specialist about a diet and exercise routine that fits you best.
Fidelis Care will be on-hand to field questions and concerns regarding health care.
Attendees can meet That Furniture Guy, Scott O'Dell, who has been 'saving Buffalo history' restoring and preserving many of Buffalo's historical landmarks and homes. Scott can save your sagging furniture or discuss your restoration project.
The sought-after 'Angel Painter,' Nancy Kensy, will be an exhibitor, with several of her striking and popular intuitive Angel paintings for sale.
Presentations will be given every hour, including "The Benefits of Orgone and Orgonite devices" (Lenny Revell) to "The Power of Plants, Herbs and Words" (Paula Damico) and 'How to be happier, permanently" (Suzanne Suchan).
The first 250 adults through the door will receive a Fidelis Health 'Goody Bag.'
With the event just 2 weeks before Mother's Day, it's a fabulous shopping opportunity. Shop for items to beautify yourself (or Mom), home and office, including a Handcrafter's Marketplace, great for those one-of-a-kind gifts!
Handmade soaps, scrubs, skincare products, natural cosmetics, supplements, essential oils and diffusers, healing crystals, gemstone jewelry, mermaid blankets, aprons, handbags, angel jewelry and those infamous LuLaRoe leggings will be available.
For the home or office: paintings and inspirational wall art, signs, orgonite pyramids, Himalayan salt lamps, meditation music, Tibetan singing bowls, candles, and healthy cleaning products as well as water and air purifiers.
There will be health screenings available, or you can see what your aura looks like and what it means, along with a host of other metaphysical services.
Delicious healthy foods and beverages will be available for purchase.
